Kiowa County Warrant RecordsKiowa County Warrant Records

Kiowa County Warrant Records is a private reference service, not a court or law-enforcement office. Official answers come from the office that holds the relevant file. Use the Court Clerk for District Court, the city clerk for a municipal citation, and the Sheriff's Office for agency-side service or records questions.

This Is Not a Government Office

This site cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear a warrant, accept payment, post bond, schedule a surrender, or give legal advice. It also does not host a Kiowa County names roster. The official source must answer the case question.

Call the official office before you travel. County pages do not publish a universal walk-in, after-hours, security, ID, or bond-window rule.

Official Warrant Information

Use the following routes for the type of record named on the document.

  • District Court case: use the Kiowa County Court Clerk, Aimee Vance's office, at 580-726-5125. The courthouse is listed at 316 S. Main, Hobart.
  • Public docket: use OSCN for public District Court case and citation fields. Its traffic search excludes municipal citations.
  • Agency status: contact the Kiowa County Sheriff's Office at 301 S. Jefferson, Hobart, Oklahoma 73651, 580-726-3265, or kw1@kiowaso.com.
  • Municipal case: contact the city named on the citation. Hobart uses 580-726-3100, extension 1003; Mountain View uses 580-347-2711; Mountain Park lists 580-569-4234 for ticket status; Snyder City Hall lists 580-569-2119; Lone Wolf's official starting point is Town Hall at 707 E. Boundary.
  • Federal matter: use the Western District of Oklahoma clerk, PACER, CM/ECF, or counsel. A federal warrant is not an OSCN county record.

For a public-record request, name the office, a finite record type, and a date range. Ask about copying, search, labor, certification, and delivery fees before work begins. A request for a policy, blank form, redacted example, or aggregate count is different from a request for a private person's information.

Records Laws and Limits

The Oklahoma Open Records Act provides the state access framework, including warrant-disposition material subject to exemptions and redactions. Juvenile court records are confidential under 10A O.S. ยง 1-6-102. Sealed, investigative, federal, and municipal material may not appear in a public county search.

No public county active-warrant list or most-wanted roster was located in the reviewed sources. A missing online result is not proof that no warrant exists. Confirm status with the issuing court or responsible agency.
